We’re a dedicated team of fitness enthusiasts, nutrition nerds, and beauty buffs who spend way too much time testing gym equipment and sampling protein shakes (someone’s got to do it!). When we’re not writing detailed reviews, we’re probably doing burpees or debating the perfect squat form in our office – yes, we have standing desks, and yes, we actually use them!
