These workouts are aimed at those who don’t have a large amount of time to workout, but who are already relatively strong/fit, as they are pretty tough! But the great thing about this workout is that you know you only have 1 minute on each exercise, so if you’re feeling a bit weak, you can go slower (but push yourself to the full minute – you won’t regret it!).
